The terms "Membership," "Product," "Course," "Service," and "Order" (singular or plural), individually and collectively, refer to the services provided by "Us" to "You," which includes (but not limited to) videos, notes, assignments, PDFs, practice tests, quizzes, etc.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You should check this page periodically to stay updated on any changes. By continuing to use our website and services after any modifications to these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

All the content on our website is informative and prone to errors. It is your responsibility to contact us in case of any confusion, error, or discrepancy. We are not liable for any loss due to errors in the content provided on our website.
Third-Party Content:
All third-party logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, or any combinations thereof, appearing on our website, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned or used under license, by the business and/or its associate entities who feature on this Website.

Under the course purchase, you are licensed to use the content of the course for your personal use only up to the expiration of your course. Courses purchased separately and/or purchased in bulk/groups are bound to the same terms and conditions mentioned on this page. You must not sell or modify the content of this Website and/or Course or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the MathYug’s written permission.
Course Duration:
Course duration is the total length of videos a course has and is mentioned on the course page. Course duration is informative and estimated to give a rough idea of the total length of all videos in a course hence cannot be considered 100% accurate. There are many scenarios where the duration of the course could be modified. MathYug reserves the right to modify course duration at its discretion. For instance, if a user reports an error in a video, then that video could be replaced with another video to correct the error hence the course duration would be modified. We will not be liable for loss of any kind due to inaccuracy in the course duration information.
Purchase and Payment:
To ensure compliance with legal requirements and to protect the interests of all parties involved, MathYug has established an age policy for financial activities on its educational website. Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase any course or membership on MathYug. However, in the case that the user is younger than 18 years old (that is a “minor” user), their legal guardian may register and purchase courses and memberships on their behalf. By doing so, the legal guardian agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to be responsible for all actions taken by the minor user on the website. The legal guardian represents and warrants that they have the authority to act on behalf of the minor user, and that all information provided in connection with the registration and purchase is accurate and complete. MathYug reserves the right to request proof of the legal guardian’s authority to act on behalf of the minor user and to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
In the event that a dispute arises as a result of a payment made by a minor user on the website, the legal guardian of the minor user shall be responsible for resolving the dispute and providing compensation for any financial or non-financial losses incurred as a result of the minor user’s use of the website.
Price changes:
MathYug reserves the right to modify the prices of its services and/or products without prior notice. While we strive to keep our prices competitive and affordable, fluctuations in market conditions, production costs, or other factors may require us to adjust prices accordingly. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from such changes in prices. However, we will make all reasonable efforts to notify our users of any significant changes in pricing.
Offers and discounted prices are available for a limited time, and MathYug reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel these offers and prices at any time.
Once a course, membership, or service is purchased on the website, discounts from past or future offers are not available. In the event of a price increase, users will not be required to pay an additional amount for previously purchased services, courses, and/or memberships. Conversely, in the event of a price decrease, MathYug will not be obligated to refund or compensate users for any difference in price.
Following a successful purchase, users will have access to their purchased services, courses, and/or memberships until the end of their respective validity periods. Any change in price will not affect users until the end of their validity periods. However, once the validity period is over, renewal or repurchase will be available only at the current prices posted on the website. MathYug makes no guarantee of renewal or repurchase at the original purchase price.
Course Start and Expiration Date / Course Validity:
The start date and time of a course begin when a user initiates a purchase on the website and successfully completes payment on the payment gateway to gain instant access. If a user wishes to cancel a purchase, it is their responsibility to do so manually or by contacting support. Completing payment at a later time will not change the course start date and time.
The expiration date and/or time period (validity) for accessing a course is indicated on the course page and/or course purchase page. If a user wishes to dispute the start date and/or expiry date, they must do so no later than 48 hours after the course has expired. We do not entertain any requests to correct or dispute the start date and/or expiry date of a course after 48 hours of the course’s expiry.
If a course has no expiration date and/or time period mentioned, the maximum time period (validity) will apply. The maximum validity period for accessing a single course will not be greater than 6 months or 180 days, whichever is earlier. Course validity is more than enough to cover the whole course duration, so the validity of a course cannot be changed or extended after purchase under any circumstances.
If a user is unable to complete the whole duration of the course within its validity period, they must purchase the course again to extend its validity. Subject to availability, the website offers different validity options, including 1 month (30 days), 3 months (90 days), 6 months (180 days), fand one year (365 days).
Refund and Cancellation:
At our core, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our website offers a selection of recorded educational courses, including free sample videos accessible on both our website and our social media channels. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review course details, including content and expiration, prior to making a purchase. Since our products are non-tangible, courses, memberships, and services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after purchase. Course for Self-learning: The course is designed for self-learning and is not a substitute for traditional education, such as school or tuition.
No Guarantee: MathYug does not guarantee that users will score higher marks or pass any examinations using their courses. The user’s success is solely dependent on their hard work, concentration, mental ability, and perseverance. The important questions and exam-related information based on the course are purely informative and instructional, not a claim. If a user has any confusion regarding any content in the course that seems to be a claim, it is their responsibility to clarify it with MathYug before taking any actions based on the content.
Errors and Omissions: While every effort has been made to provide accurate content, errors may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. It is advised to exercise caution while using the website and course. MathYug is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from errors in the content of the course and/or website.
Subjectivity of Course Content: The content provided in the course is subjective to the specific course topics and the description provided by MathYug. Each topic may be explained differently based on its nature and complexity. It is possible that the sample video of the course does not represent all the other course videos, and MathYug will not provide any refund or cancellation based on variations in the teaching style or presentation within the course. Furthermore, MathYug shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such variations.
Course Access and Account Use:
One account, one user: Our courses are offered on a one account, one user basis, unless we explicitly state otherwise. Each account on our website is intended for the exclusive use of the individual who has purchased the course using that account. Our accounts, courses, and memberships are not transferable.
Prohibited behaviour: Sharing an account with other users, whether online or offline, is strictly prohibited and will be considered fraudulent behaviour on the part of the user. This will result in a permanent ban of the account without any compensation or refund.
User responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the security of their username, email, and password, and not to share them with anyone. Account and course transfers are not permitted.
Fraudulent activity: If a user transfers their account to someone else or provides access to their purchased courses to other users, whether registered or not, this will be considered fraudulent activity. The user’s account will be immediately suspended without refund or compensation.
User Information:
User Information: User of this website must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account or making a purchase. This includes but is not limited to name, contact number, billing address, and email address. User is responsible for updating this information to ensure that it remains accurate and complete.
Information Changes: If a user’s information changes, it is their responsibility to update their account with the correct information as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account. MathYug is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise as a result of the user’s failure to update their information.
Verification: MathYug reserves the right to verify the information provided by the user at any time. If a user fails to provide accurate information or if MathYug is unable to verify the information provided, MathYug may suspend or terminate the user’s account without notice.
Privacy: The company will use the user’s information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the website. By using the website, the user agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Legal Compliance: User of this website agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the website. This includes but is not limited to laws governing the collection and use of personal information.
Website Use and Account Suspension/Banning Policy:

Prohibition or Ban: If a user has been explicitly notified, on any platform, that they are prohibited or banned from using our services, and if the user nevertheless accesses our services by way of either a real or fake account, they will be deemed to be a fraudster, and all of their accounts and purchases shall be permanently suspended, without the possibility of any refund or compensation.
Derogatory or Abusive Behaviour: The use of any derogatory or abusive language or gesture directed towards any member of MathYug’s team shall result in an immediate and permanent ban of the user’s account, and a permanent suspension of their membership and/or course, without the possibility of any refund or compensation.
Please note that the terms and conditions apply to all users, regardless of whether they are registered or non-registered, and any legal action arising from the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
Discount Coupons:
• Discounts are available by applying the COUPON code before payment. Once payment is made, discounts cannot be applied.
• Coupons are time-limited and subject to modification or cancellation by us.
• To qualify for the discount, the coupon must be applied to the qualifying item in your cart.
• The coupon only applies to items that are part of the coupon offer.
• The coupon offer is only valid once it has been applied to the qualifying item.
• Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the coupon is limited to one per customer.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
• Any applicable sales tax related to the coupon must be paid by the customer.
• Offers are valid while supplies last.
User account status:
Learner account: This is the default account status granted to registered users who do not have an active membership on the website.
Member account: This is the account status granted to users who have an active membership on the website.
Any registered user who does not hold either of the aforementioned account statuses is prohibited from:
• Accessing certificates and badges on the website
• Purchasing courses and memberships on the website
• Accessing technical support on the website
• Modifying account details on the website
• Accessing any content other than already purchased courses and memberships on the website.
Any registered user who does not hold either of the aforementioned account statuses is only permitted to:
• Login to the website
• Access already purchased courses (if any) on the website
• Access already purchased memberships (if any) on the website
This permission is granted only if there is no fraudulent activity associated with the user’s account.
Membership:
Definition: The term "Membership" or "Membership Plan" on the website refers to a predetermined package of multiple courses sometimes with a longer validity and sometimes with additional discounts. Therefore, all the terms and conditions of individual courses in addition to the following are equally applicable to the membership as well.
Courses: The courses available under a membership plan, their validity, prices, and all other details are listed on the respective membership page and are subject to change without prior notice. No additional courses other than those mentioned will be provided in a membership plan.
Validity: The validity of the membership plan cannot be extended or modified under any circumstances. If a user needs longer access than the membership’s validity, the user has to purchase the membership plan with longer validity only after the expiry of the previous membership. If a user changes the membership plan (switch to a different membership validity plan), then all the progress related to courses under the previous membership plan cannot be transferred to the new membership plan. If nothing is mentioned about the validity on the membership purchase or home page, then the maximum time period (validity) to access the membership shall not be greater than 6 months or 180 days, whichever is earlier.
Individual Courses: Most of the individual courses have the same content as the courses offered in the membership plan. However, they are different products and can be purchased separately. Users can buy individual courses as well as a membership at the same time. However, merging, cancelling, and/or refunding of those courses offering the same content in an individual course as well as in courses under membership is not allowed under any circumstances.
Subjectivity of Content: Courses within the membership may feature distinctive styles of teaching videos and/or presentations. MathYug will not provide any refunds or cancellations based on variations in the teaching videos, style, or presentation within the course or courses included in the membership. Furthermore, MathYug shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such variations.
Bulk Purchase: Bulk purchase of courses by a user and membership are not the same. Users can bulk purchase any number of courses, as per the user’s choice, either in a single transaction or in multiple transactions. However, membership contains a package of courses predetermined by MathYug itself and can only be purchased in a single transaction.
Queries: If there is any confusion regarding the validity, course content, videos, etc., of the membership, then it is the user’s responsibility to contact MathYug and shall wait for answers to their queries before purchase.
Cancellation and Refunds: Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
Multiple Purchases:
We undertake reasonable commercial endeavours to prevent the occurrence of multiple purchases of the same course or membership prior to the expiration of the preceding purchase. However, in rare cases, if a user, whether intentionally or unintentionally, purchases a course or membership before the expiry of the previous purchase of the same course or membership (i.e., a membership with the same courses regardless of the validity), then MathYug will handle the situation in either of the following two ways:
(1) In most cases, the validity of the course or membership will be renewed or extended after the expiry of the previous purchase of the same course or membership.
(2) In rare cases, if the validity of the previous purchase of the course or membership has not yet expired, then MathYug Support will initiate a refund for the second purchase of the same course or membership only upon the user’s request. To request a refund for multiple purchases, the user must contact MathYug support within seven days of the second purchase. If the user fails to contact MathYug support within seven days or contacts MathYug Support after seven days, then the first option of renewal will be applied automatically, and no refund will be provided.
As multiple purchases are the user’s decision, whether intentional or unintentional, the user is responsible for paying the Payment Gateway fee and other processing fees, which amount to minimum 5% of the total amount. The processing fee amount will be communicated to the user and deducted before initiating the refund amount.
If the user refuses to pay the Payment Gateway fee and other processing fee, then only the first option of renewal of the course or membership will be applicable, and no refund will be provided to the user.
Maintenance and Technical failure:
We reserve the right to temporarily disable access to the website for routine maintenance, upgrades, editing, and other technical reasons. During the maintenance period, users will be unable to access the website.
Like any website, mathyug.com is vulnerable to technical issues. The company cannot be held responsible for any missing or malfunctioning parts or features of the website before, during, or after such issues. It is the users’ responsibility to bring any malfunction or missing feature to MathYug’s attention for resolution.
No compensation of any kind will be provided to users for any loss or limited functionality resulting from maintenance mode and/or technical failures.
Miscellaneous:
Decline of Services: MathYug reserves the right to decline to provide its services to any person or entity, in its sole discretion and without explanation.
Support Services: Support services are available solely for technical issues related to account access, payment, and course/membership content, and such support will be provided only through email. MathYug does not guarantee any specific response time for support services.
Abusive Behaviour: MathYug does not tolerate any derogatory or abusive language directed at its Support Team, and any such behaviour may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the user’s account and course/membership, without any entitlement to refund or compensation.
Voluntary Service: The Support Team is a voluntary service offered free of charge by MathYug and is not part of any paid service. Accordingly, MathYug reserves the right to decline to provide support to any user, especially those who use derogatory or abusive language toward the Support Team.
Errors: While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on the website, errors may occur due to circumstances beyond MathYug’s control, including technical errors. Users are advised to use the website with caution and to report any errors to the Support Team for correction. In the event of any confusion and/or dispute resulting from such errors, MathYug’s decision shall be final and binding.
Modifications: MathYug reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms of Service will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website or support services following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Acceptable Website Use
(A) Security Rules: Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation,
(1) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorised to access,
(2) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation,
(3) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus or “Trojan horse” to the Website, overloading, “flooding”, “mail bombing” or “crashing”, or
(4) sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The business and / or its associate entities will have the right to investigate occurrences that they suspect as involving such violations and will have the right to involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
(B) General Rules : Visitors may not use the Website in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material
(a) that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violate any applicable law or regulation,

Indemnity
The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of mathyug.com or their breach of the terms.
Liability
User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user”s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service.
In sum, in no event, shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
In the rare case, if the company is held liable for compensation and/or refund then the compensation and refund amount (combined) shall not exceed the total amount user paid to the company.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without imitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website Material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
