Can I buy multiple memberships at the same time?

Yes, you can buy multiple memberships using a single account at the same time.

However, only a single membership can be purchased in a single order.

For instance, you want to purchase both Class 12 and Class 11 memberships then you have to purchase them individually in two different orders.

 

Can I buy membership together with my current individual course?

Individual courses and memberships are two different products and you can purhcase membership and individual courses at the same time using a single account.

 

The same course available for individual purchase as well as in membership, is there any difference in the content of the course?

There is no difference in the content of the course. However, users can purchase the course either indvidually or in a membership as per his/her choice.

 

I already have purchased a course that is now offered in the membership as well, is it possible to upgrade purchased course to membership?

Individual course and membership are two different products and hence cannot be merged or upgraded.

If you want to purchase membership, then you have to purchase it separately. But your current individually purchased course cannot be cancelled and/or cannot be refunded.

If you purchase membership together with individual course, both will be accessible to you from My Courses page.

 

Can I change the validity of membership after purchase?

No, once purchased change in validity is not possible for any membership or courses.

Sample videos are availalbe in the "Free Videos" section of the website and can be accessed from the menu.

 

How to access invoices and order details?

Invoices are Email to you when you make successful payment. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you are not seeing Emails in your inbox.
